- Technical data: basic information such as your IP address and browser type, which our servers record to keep the website secure and working.

- To confirm your registration and send your ticket.
- To contact you about the event, for example if the schedule or venue changes.
- To check you in at the venue.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To understand who attends our events, so we can plan better ones.

- SSLCommerz, our payment gateway, receives the details needed to process your payment.

We keep registration and payment records for as long as we need them for the event, for our accounts, and to meet legal requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.
